ODT’s vision is to create and to elevate the next generation of leaders who will push for bold, progressive policies. We exist to establish a society where everyone has equal rights without discrimination. It’s our damn time.
Empowering a community.
Social media made the world smaller by easily connecting others from one side of the country to the other, but there are people still out there who doesn’t have connections or know anyone like them.
We work with a diverse group of people to continually create a thriving community of members from underrepresented communities that understands your challenges with real solutions.
Educating our community.
We all come from unique backgrounds and we all have different beliefs. Providing resources for others to understand someone else’s perspective is the key to fighting ignorance and promote empathy.
Mobilizing our community.
Equality doesn’t happen by itself.
We need to support political candidates who have a progressive platform that includes everyone, and not only for the privileged.
